Bojangles — Restaurant in Lumberton

Everything I come through the drive thru, they make me pull up and wait for $10 worth of food. Today I gae my order then drove up and was asked what did I just order 2 seconds ago. I said 2 steak biscuits and a order of boberries. She then took my money and didn't even tell me the total and gave me 7 back out of a 10. I said mam, I just told u I ordered 2 steak Biscuits and boberries. She then got mad and said I just asked you what u ordered And u only said boberries. Then asked me to pull up after handing me a order of boberries. Mind you, there is Noone behind me or in front of me... I have to wait 7 minutes....Omg... they have to many fasties trying to be fast and missing the complete conversation they have with the costumer. My biscuits were nothing but dough.. I mean just a mouth full of uncooked biscuit. Gross!! Then I try to call them and no answer at all. I will be calling later when the have better workers on another shift to deal with my complaint.. going to stop coming here for lunch. Already gave up on them for breakfast because hardees biscuits are way better.. especially there gravy...

Third time at this location, second time through the drive-thru. Both times times they have forgotten a side item for my 12pc chicken family meals. It is upsetting because I am trusting that because I am paying over $40 for this meal that every single item is in box. I should not have to pause and check to make sure everything is in the box. We got all the way home after a long day ready to enjoy our food but they forgot the 🍟my daughter was craving for so very much 😒. I called the restaurant and when the guy answered and I told him what I was missing he put on hold and left me on hold for almost 14 or 15 minutes. I hanged up and tried calling again a few more times but the phone must have been off the hook; it had a busy signal every time 😤. Please, Bo'Jangles I love your food but do my family and I better next time. I will not forget to check my order next time, no matter how tired I'll might be. I will never return back to this Bojangles at night time. I placed my order on online at 7:05pm and when I finally got it @ 8:26pm. It wasn’t even what I ordered 🤬. They should have been terminated on the d… spot. If I was the health inspector I’d have closed their doors immediately after. This was the most horrible experience I have ever experienced with any restaurant. If I could have given them a -100 stars tonight. I literally had to call inside to get them to bring my order out then they tell me they can’t find it. Wow did that really set me off. And yet they had over an hour to get it cooked and delivered to me. Where it should have only taken them 36 minutes. They even gavel me half gallon jugs not tea but Pepsi and Mountain Dew like really who does this. And thought it was funny.
