I was excited to go here for the 1st time. But as soon as I walked in, I did not even get acknowledged. Most places will at least say “hello” or “hey, how are you” SOMETHING. They didn’t say anything. There was no other customers in there. The 2 workers were just standing at the register. One man maybe in his 40s, the other was a man maybe in his 20s. When I asked questions they acted like they didn’t want to answer, or as if I was speaking a language they didn’t understand. From the time I walked in til the time I left I felt UNWELCOMED.

On the other hand, they do have a great selection of meats. They were fresh and looked good. I did buy some of the meats but I am reluctant about returning because of how unwelcomed they...

Gary and Jerry truly my hero’s!! Over the years I have bought seafood from this store however not on a regular basis…until this summer. Because of a hurricane damaging my home I have been forced to stay in a hotel. Very depressing believe me my assistant and I were talking about crabs and she said this store not only sells them they steam them as well! I called placed a 2 dozen order of steamed crabs and have done so each Wednesday since. My happy treat that helps make this away from home experience a bit better. I'll start off by saying this place is incredible and has amazing prices. I had never been to a local butcher before and I don't know that I will be looking to try another! The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions. The meat and seafood always looks great and tastes even better cooked and eaten! Do yourself a favor...
