Edit. I noticed the owner likes to come on here and mention how they won an award, two years ago. If your reply to this post is that you won an award my reply to that is so have many other brands that have completely fallen off and use that award just to bring in customers. Those competitions get sent your best flower, don't try playing with me... It's deplorable when it dispensary owner comes on here and instead of taking responsibility for flower that is complete garbage and they know it they instead continue to back up awful product and bring in customers that continue to be disappointed. I would also encourage you to search this company on Reddit since I have a feeling I'm going to get nowhere with this review. I have been a medical consumer for a long time, I know owners and operators across the state, this is not good. It's not good service, it's not good flower, and it's not good practice to not take responsibility. Telling your customers they're wrong in your right it's got to send you right where you belong. I expect to hear directly from you, judging by the other reviews your name is Chris. You do have my email and my phone number. Honest review. The place looked closed when I pulled in. Upon entry it feels very lonely. There were a few employees in the buying area and it looked more like they were hanging out than working. Just my opinion. The first person was pretty nice. But it seemed as though they were disappointed I wasn't going to buy more. I didn't feel like a customer, definitely just a number, after I paid there was no have a good day It was just kind of like see you. Just walked away. I am super disappointed in the flower I purchased. Although it was shake, I've had so much better and this place was supposed to be a cannabis cup award winning company. The free eighth I got was much better than the actual flower I purchased. It has no flavor, it tastes burnt, and smells bad when you smoke it. They no longer give a discount for your first time, just a free eighth, had I got the old discount I may have purchased flower. I got shake instead of buds because the price of the buds was extreme especially considering the only flower they have mentioned that I've heard about is their Mr clean. Their house flower is priced higher than Pro-Gro at many places and for a little more you could get top notch Michigan loud. There are more than 10 dispensaries 5 mi up the road that have much better flower for much lower prices. Definitely the worst shake I have had since 2018 and I won't be back unfortunately. This has been the first time I've been disappointed this much by flower in years. I think I'll have to throw it in the trash because it tastes so bad and kind of burns my throat. Need something to drink after to get the bad taste out. I can't over exaggerate this, I just have no faith in buying a $160 or more ounce when this tastes so bad So disappointed. If this dispensary cares they will contact me, they have my information. A Google comment will not suffice as I don't check Google. I think that will be my last time going to these places. I tried some flower I got this afternoon, and I gotta say I was impressed for a really good deal. At the time of reading this review they offer a first time buyer gift. Mine was a vape, but they did offer 1/8 of flower. I was greeted at the desk to show my ID. I don't remember her name, but said hello. I told her it was my first time visiting and she said to let the Budtenders know inside. Huge plus for that icebreaker! I was almost immediately greeted by Mandi. Excellent excellent employee 100%. It was refreshing to interact with someone professional, friendly, bubbly, and truly loves her job. As a prior manager myself, I would hire her in a heartbeat. It is nice to see people who enjoy their profession. And yes, this place is professional and well laid out, without feeling all up in your face. Mandi answered ever question I had and let her know that I was trying to find a new dispensary because I've noticed that those other places' flower was extremely dry/brittle. I was so shocked I only spent $35 and got a free 1/8 in a real glass jar! I know that might not seem like a big deal , but as someone who works in the cannabis industry itās so nice to see a sustainable packaging that can be upcycled instead of put in a landfill. So not only did the service make me extremely happy, they have great product,clean environment, and a very easy layout so you don't feel overwhelmed.
