Subway — Restaurant in Luna Pier

Restaurant is nice & employee was courteous. I asked for a Turkey & Ham sub. The employee made my sub as requested. This is a sub i eat frequently. I also travel a ton. When she rang me up my total was over $13. I questioned this as I have never paid that much for a Subway Sandwich. When i questioned the employee she stated they do not have a turkey and ham so its additional. As she had already ran my card there was nothing she could do. Ordering a Subway Club minus Roast Beef would have been cheaper by nearly $4. The person behind me was just as outraged over her total as I was. Every subway I have been to in Michigan has a Turkey/Ham as a local favorite. In other states its not standard and I understand that, those areas have always put it in as a Club minus Roast Beef. If this is the way Subway is going - charge as much as you can i will be going to other sandwich shops. $13 is entirely to expensive for just a standard sandwich - nothing overly special about it. I am a regular, I love the food and I love the staff but I have one problem, I walk in later in the day and almost every time I walk in its the same girl working. This girl is working and other members of the staff are either standing around or talking to people In another part of the gas station. I've watched her get Rush's and the other worker not even try to help. Most days I come in later In the day and she's alone. I over heard her one day saying that she's 17 my mind was blown. Subway has been a favorite of mine for a couple of years now, and I only even stepped foot inside out of curiosity. Friendly and very funny staff, fast service, and wonderful food. My only complaint actually came from the workers. According to them, their boss is very rude, uncaring, and "could give a f--- less" about their problems such as needing to leave on short notice for emergency trips or family problems.
