This was my first 9D breath work session and I am so glad to have Gary as my practitioner. His care, knowledge, and demeanor created a safe space that put me at ease and dissolved my apprehension - even though this was my first time meeting him! He explained the entire process in great detail and really took the time to make me feel comfortable, safe, and supported. He also added his own flavor by incorporating other wellness tools like tuning forks, essential oils, and crystals. This rounded out the experience, making it feel whole and complete. As a result I had a truly insightful experience and was able to both process blocked emotions (fear, shame, and sadness) and feel new emotions (joy, love, acceptance, and hope).
