Grounded Hand Crafted Burgers — Restaurant in Lynchburg

I’m not sure if this place is still open or not but I wanted to say , the last time I got a burger here , I felt sick after eating it . It was loaded with so much geese and the fries were greasy as could be ! My friend and I took a trip to the river ridge mall . I was helping her shop for some things and we stopped here. My friend said her burger made her stomach ache ! We sent a email to Sodexo but we were never responded to . They just ignored us. I don’t want anymore of their stuff anyway but would appreciate a refund . I still have the receipt . These Grounded burgers might be decent if they didn’t have so much grease . They are so heavy it’s awful . My friends dog didn’t eat her leftover fries , usually her dog eats her fries from BK or McDonalds! I think the dog knew it...

Shopping with the family on a Sunday and only limited to a few open restaurants in food court. My daughter decided to get a plain cheese burger with onion rings. After waiting for 10 minutes to have our order taken by the lady while the two other gentleman were cooking, we placed the order and waited another 15 minutes to get the meal. Upon eating I noticed that my daughter had eaten the burger which was still pink in the middle which was pointed out and discarded. Upon arriving home later that evening my daughter got sick on her stomach and has been nausea all the following day with stomach cramps as well as other issues. I am needless to say highly disappointed with this restaurant and the improper food preparation. Will not be eating...

They won't take your order if you get there to close to closing. I arrived 7 minutes before 6pm tonight and was told after not seeing anyone for a minute that they stopped taking orders and wouldn't help me. Having worked at a restaurant, we were never allowed to close early or turn people away during our stated operating hours. I understand wanting to get closing chores done and get out in time. I wonder if I talked to the manager of the mall who probably regulates to operating hours of your business if they would be just as pleased with your staff for not serving your customers up to the proper...
