Worst experience ever at a food lion! Tim Dooley is extremely rude to customers who come there. I came there to shop and while I was looking around my condition started happening and I ran to the nearest bathroom to throw up . Unfortunately due to my condition I throw up multiple times a day it’s very uncomfortable. As I was waiting for my stomach to stop hurting a man came in who works there named Tim Dooley and he threatened to call the police if I wasn’t out of the bathroom in 5 min. He didnt care or have any consideration for my condition. Just kept saying I’m trying to take care of customers and he must of seemed to forget I’m a customer too. You know when a customer is in pain like that and trying to get it to stop so they can go about there day you should try and help them instead of being rude and inconsiderate. My advice go to Kroger I’ve never been kicked out of Kroger for my condition they make me feel welcome there...

Today 12/14 at about 12:30pm, one of the cashiers actually stopped working and made everyone in line wait just to say hello to some friend of hers who came into the store. This is absolutely unacceptable, and unprofessional behavior. Aside from that, many lanes were closed for no reason given. Here, we see poor work ethic, laziness, and an overall dirty atmosphere. I will be recommending all families I know NOT to shop in this particular Food Lion. It's not unreasonable to expect people to work during their WORK hours instead of socializing and holding up the lines, wasting your time and money.

I've had a bonus card for years, and whenever I would come in, I noticed I wasn't getting the sale price. I knew it was an old card and it needed to be updated. However of course now everyone has an app and you need to download it and add the card or get a new number. How inconvenient to constantly be told you need an app. Ok, fine...I downloaded the app and tried to attach my card and what do you know...the app was having error issues. 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ Call customer service and she just told me to wait a few days the try again. Well, this most recent dilemma occurred right after Christmas. My last attempt was on Jan 3rd, and still nothing. I'm done, maybe I will try again in a few more days however I'm not in a rush to be frustrated...
