Butcher, not a people person or friendly.I attempted to purchase some fresh small neck clams.Upon placing them in my cart , I notice several were dead.Informed the butcher. He acknowledged they were dead , however commented he would not reduce them.I informed him of my intentions were to still purchase them however I wanted the dead clams removed and replaced with lived ones.It was only 5 bags of what appeared to have been bagged as 8-12 little clams. They were actually affordable...He informed me he planned to dump (discard)them all.I inquired why,he reported the were just delivered and he didn't have time to rebag the live ones.He commented He'd rather THOW them ALL AWAY THAN TO BE BOTHER. .I was shocked and reported it to front store manager. She commented she had no control over the meat manager, however understood my concern.85 percent of the population served are people of color who look like me.FAMILY FRIENDLY AND AFFORDABLE...WITH AN ENTITLED MEAT MANAGER. .I mentioned this to several people, they too apparently have endured the same negative behavior from the same butcher...I whispered a prayer and left my ๐... That's not the END...I retured 4 hours later, deciding the ๐ฟ๐๐ฟ was not going to ruin my day...NO THE CLAMS WERE NOT AVAILABLE... HOWEVER I ENJOYED THE DISCOUNTS . I REALLY FEEL ,THE OWNERS/ OPERATORS...SHOULD BE MADE AWARE OF SOME OF THE EMPLOYEES ATTITUDES...THIS GUYS NEGATIVE BEHAVIOR REALLY DON'T FIT IN...WITH THE...

The prices per pound for beef and chicken were $.25 to $.50 per pound lower than what I had been paying.
But the best part is I have finally found a good butcher shop, and the chicken breast I eat most every night isn't...

Would have been better off sticking to my original store. 2) got 2pkgs of donuts and only had them for a day and found mold on one at least 3 of the donuts in one of the pkgs, after already eating a couple of them. Was too scared to open up the other pkg. Their only solution was to exchange them for other ones cuz I didn't have the receipt even after I offered to show them my receipt from my ebt app. They knew that I got them from there, that's why they were able to get new ones and exchange them so easily but they didn't want to give me...
