I am a local Whatcom County realtor and I look for local restaurants, hardware stores, and a shop like Surroundings to give closing gifts to clients. From Birch Bay to Lynden and Ferndale sales - Surrounding is a great place to purchase a gift certificate to pass off to new homeowners! I have become more popular with clients arming them with a good certificate and recommendation to Surroundings. Surroundings is my FAVORITE store for home and garden and definitely my "go to" place for gifts. This lovely store has beautiful merchandise that is uplifting, well designed and durable as well as reasonably priced. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and creative. Surroundings owner, Christa, is a gem.
