Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Lynden

I travel for work,from Seattle to lynden close to this location twice a week every week, at first I figured it was just bad timing when I would come in to order a lunch combo and none would be ready, until after the 4th time coming in. Each time closer to 11 am (when the lunch starts) and each time still none ready ,but would find odd that each time they'd say the same exact thing 'we just sold the 2 remaining ones its gonna be 15 minutes for the next ' literally the same response each time. I understand customers come in and maybe they are made to order but i came in at 11:02 am once and still none ready! i now stop in to just see if for once they will have some hot-n-ready, unbelievably I'm on my 9th time going in to this location and never once ready. Its comical now. Will never return for my bi-weekly stop in attempt to get lunch. Especially since after my last visit 6/11 at 11:06am where I could hear the cooks chuckling in the back once cashier told me "we just sold the last 2, gonna be...

I don't think its the fault of the shift working here (They've always been super nice!) I think this comes down to just poor training and management. The location is too busy to not have your staff trained well. I HATE writing bad reviews but this is the second time I've been here and the last time the pizza was burnt- and a huge bubble took up half of the pizza. I had waited for over AN HOUR. not to mention I placed the order online and then after arriving 20 mins after it wasn't ready - So i waited with my toddlers for over 40 mins. No discount, no apology. Then to get home and have the pizza be burnt and dry was crazy. They did send me a free pizza card because i called and complained- So I was like ok whatever maybe it was a bad night. Then the next time months later I get pizza and the pizza had a massive amount of cheese that wasn't even melted all the way- The dough wasn't cooked and the pizza was loaded with way too much toppings. I ordered my pizza through the app because it's usually easier. I ordered at 4:42 pm it said it would be ready at 5:05 to 5:10 pm i showed up at 5:08 and waited and waited the app said it's still in the oven. After I waited 15 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready and asked the girl about it and she said "we were just talking about you. We accidentally gave your food to someone else we are waiting for them to remake it. No apologies or anything. She said it and ducked out. At 5:42 I asked someone who i could ask about my pizza because I ordered it and hour ago he ducked away. I finally got it at 5:46.
