This place is much bigger inside than it looks from the outside and has plenty of seating options. The service was good and the food came quickly. I have to say, I didn’t expect the portions to be so large—I ordered a small fries and a small brownie and couldn’t finish either. I visited with my 9 lb service dog, and the owner insisted that the dog stay on the floor. However, the way the tables are built, there was barely enough space for my dog. I would recommend choosing a table instead of a booth if you have a service dog.

Online menu clearly states $15.99 for the works burger i was charged $17.99 x2, 3 piece fish and chips are $14.99 i was charged $16.99. Order taker was rude and just hung up on me without so much as a thank you. Then tried calling them at 6:35 10 x to report over charge and no one answers during business hours. Don’t recommend , although food was good but not for these prices

Very delicious breakfast with enormous portions. We ordered the Dutch pancake. country breakfast and Tony's coffee. The Freezer jams are on the sweet side but very tasty. Everything is cooked crispy, delicious and consistently good. The side pancakes were fluffy and light and apparently can be achieved by not over stirring the batter.

Walked into the cafe there was an older couple looking out the window the lady looked at her husband and pointed at me. I didn't know who she was got inside she turns around to look I said what you looking at so everyone could hear. Stood there looking at the waitress she said seat yourself I said we made reservations I gave her the name she looks at me says no one made a reservation for 430 under that name. I said there is 12 of us she said go sit in the back. We go sit finally at 5 she took our order . The service was poor. Now I am a native American local one .I think that's why we got the poor service . People came and sat beside us and the kid look at me I smiled back the mother said let's leave I can stand that guy looking over here. The food finally got to us 45 min later .it was good the waitress didn't come and ask if we needed refills on our drinks .we all pay I was the last one to pay using cash to pay I told her . You know if you would have treated us better your tip would have been bigger .I know 12 people at once it a lot so giving a generous tip is always my way of thanking them. I told her here is ten plus whatever the others left for a tip .I told her I was going to tip you a 20 but your service sucks .I have never felt so unwelcome. the prejudice people in that restaurant was unreal not only the staff but the customer's. It's sad people feel that now a days .I been married to Caucasian woman for 39 years my children been half . Can't say I am racist or prejudice. Never going back to that place to eat.i hope our family friend that lives across the parking lot that was with us doesn't get treated bad for been sitting with us. Anyway sorry for the bad review but...

I lived in Lynden for 16 years, and went to this place often by myself for breakfast. Let’s just say I am a tall Caucasian male that looks like I could be Dutch, but I am not. I always got amazing service. Then about four years ago, the last time I’ve ever eaten there, I went in with my Latin American wife. We each ordered breakfast, and hers came with a coffee, and mine did not. She does not drink coffee at all, so she gave it to me to drink. When my cup was empty, the waitress walked past it several times, and never asked if I wanted a refill. When I finally asked the waitress for a refill, she replied, “well, it’s not even your coffee.” I was shocked! She said that we are not allowed to share drinks. I explained to her that only I was drinking the coffee. She was so rude, I asked to speak to the manager or owner. Five minutes later, she came back and told me there was no charge for the breakfast, and to never come back there again. I was simply blown away. I cannot imagine this being anything other than blatant prejudice towards people they feel are not worthy of being treated respectfully. It is sad that there are still people in this world like this, and I can only hope someday people like this will change their ways. I’m sure this business will continue to flourish with their “regulars”, but I feel compelled to share my...

Always good food . We usually go for lunch but were early last weekend..10:20 ..so breakfast it was. Breakfast menu is very dated and all very similar. I'm sure it sells well and tastes great. But as someone who doesn't eat potatoes and can only eat eggs if I cant taste them, it was a challange to find something. I felt uncomfortable asking our server as she seemed very stressed out, polite..but stresses and I believe trtingvtocgrt us out quick as the menu change to lunch was approaching. I had the taco omelet.. and did not recall the menu mentioning olives. Alot of olives...a lot. I picked them out, but I would have asked for none if I'd known.. I cant say for sure it didnt mention them on the menu though! I would have loved to have seen a scrambled plate offered. They have all ingredients to make a great one..eggs... lots of vegetables and sausage...with the option to have or not have hashbrowns. Hopefully one day they'll add one! Go.. eat there it's good.. you won't be disappointed I wasn't, I was just not as thrilled as I usually am after lunch that's all! I fully respect and understand not beibgvopen on Sunday I just wish I would...
