My husband and I stopped in for a treat. It was a little busy, I’d assume typical for a Sunday. Staff were friendly and working hard. We both got a drink and a food item. The food was ready right away. Our drinks got started and then a staff member got distracted by something so they sat forgotten to the side for a few extra minutes until someone walked over to them again and quickly finished them. I do enjoy their coffee. I ordered a Bear Claw, the taste was good but it wasn’t as fresh as I was expecting. My husband enjoyed the lemon loaf. There was one large accessible bathroom that was clean, and there was lots of seating.

The kids usually get the frappuccino and mudslide cold drinks and twice now they have collapsed once taken from the counter. Rather than replacing them the staff made us buy second drinks. The cups used in the frozen drinks aren't that sturdy and it certainly wasn't our kids' fault. We started going to Starbucks just to avoid this but Starbucks is on Meridian rather than Front St so it takes an extra ten minutes. Read moreI like Woods, but I’m not a fan of this location. Some staff are kind, but several lack customer service skills. My drinks have been made wrong several times or I’ve been forgotten altogether (I’m not high maintenance, I often order black coffee with some sweetener!). When I’ve gone to say something, staff have ignored my presence even after making eye contact with me. I’ve been trying to be patient because I get we all have bad days, but tonight they made my drink wrong again (I’m lactose intolerant), which quite literally blew a hole through my night.
