I was rushed - I won't be going back...
I went for a gel manicure and called a head for a 6pm appt (they close at 7:30). 1.5 hours is plenty for both of these services. When I got there I was immediately sat and started my gel manicure. This was the fastest manicure - and not in a good way. I felt like the service was rushed and I had a few hangnails at the end. I specifically asked for my cuticles and such to be cared for as I sat because it had been a few weeks since my last service. There was a women next to me that was getting the same service and her manicurist was giving her a neck and back massage as she cured her nails. I didn't get any of this and in fact my "hand massage" was simply an apply lotion for 3 seconds and done. When it was time to paint, I brought my own base and she didn't use it until I reminded her and she didn't apply it correctly, I was annoyed at that point but what could I do...I was at least looking forward to my pedicure.
I was out of the manicure chair by 6:20pm and sat at the pedicure chair....where I waited until 7pm to be helped. I thought about leaving about 5 times but needed a pedicure. When the technician Joy? Finally showed up she was apologetic but immediately started rushing through the service - she seemed panicked which did not let me relax at all. Everything was so fast - even the timer she set for a leg massage was useless because she finished the massage and minutes later the timer went off - which means she rushed through it. That was so disappointing. She painted my nails and brought be to the dryer at 7:20.
The worst part? She had me sitting at the foot dryer for about 5 minutes (max) and then came over, put some drops and said I was dry and started to take off my toe separating tissue. I told her I wasn't dry it had only been 5 minutes but she insisted. Around me everyone was cleaning and staring at me...I told her I'm afraid the nail polish would smudge and she insisted I get up because I'm dry...I felt so rushed and uncomfortable.
When I got up, I went to pay and because I am someone that feels bad about not tipping - and because the two women who did the services where literally starting at me while I was at the register, I felt obligated to tip them. And I tipped generously on top of the $61 charge for service.
They rushed both of my services and left me waiting for a pedicure for 30 minutes not even soaking my feet. And my big toe did smudge because it was not dry!! Disappointed to say the least.
The one star is because the salon was very clean and spacious. Unfortunately I won't be going back.

I’ve been coming here since they opened and although they started good they’ve been declining in service. I always get a cat eye gel manicure and I go with my nails prepped because I have using the machine to file down my nail and rather the soak off and do that myself at home. When I walked in I asked for my color and immediately got sat down with Karry. She even complimented my nails. I’ve gotten cat eye gel manicure done many times to know that you only magnetize the last coat. However karry magnetized every coat which left a very imperfect effect on my nail. I told her this and I also asked for a specific dimension which they didn’t know hot to achieve. I ended up settling for one she knew but that was after 20 + minutes of her and joy trying to figure it and adding 4 coats of gel polish on my nails which left them bumpy and just absolutely gross and sloppy. At This point I opted for a solid color And joy said “take off” and although I didn’t want the nail file machine keep ey proceeded. I was so upset And I really should have left but it’s my birthday week and I wanted to at least have my nails done. Anyway I still ended up with a sloppy set of nails. And Extremely weak and thin nails thanks to Karrys carelessness. I paid and left very upset. On top of the horrible service I had to deal with a lot of sideyes and annoyed sighs from Karry

Read moreEdit: Owner, please stop defending unsafe practices and aggressive workers. First of all, Karry nearly broke my nail. I was howling in pain. Second, the design was on my phone, not her. And when i tried bringing up the design, she was very annoyed. Third, she kept pushing for me to extend my existing acrylics which is not what i came here for. When i diasagreed, she got angry and carried that anger till the end.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: I arrived at 5, well before 6PM closing time, after calling ahead. Yet the tech assigned to me-Karry-made it clear she was unhappy to be working so close to closing. She repeatedly and obviously checked the wall clock, making sure I noticed. As it got closer to 6 PM, she even placed her phone on the table just to keep checking the time in a more obvious way. What was worse was how physically rough she was. While removing my acrylics, she forcefully tried to pop one of them off instead of using proper technique or dissolver, which nearly caused my nail to bleed. She was also unnecessarily aggressive when handling my hands — even shoving them when switching between them, despite my asking her TWICE to be more gentle. Her frustration and resentment was so intense that I ended up cutting my appointment short and skipping the final design step of my manicure just to get out of the uncomfortable situation.
