Lyndhurst Pizza — Restaurant in Lyndhurst

I was a regular. Their food is great and I never had an issue until today. The delivery driver was very rude to me. He claimed I kept him waiting outside for 10 minutes and yelled at me. I called the restaurant to tell them what happened, all they said was they would talk to him. I wasn't looking for a refund or anything, just wanted to let them know about the driver and his attitude. 10 min later, the driver calls me back asking why I complained and argued with me. I ended up calling the restaurant again and he answered. When I asked to speak with the manager he told me was the owner and his name was Ivan. He then proceeded to yell at me, heard my wife in the background then insulted my wife. He refused to listen to what I had to say and told me to go ahead and complain and write a bad review etc.

I will NEVER order here again. No business owner should act this way. Their food is good, but Ivan is not a nice person and he should not treat his customers this way. I'm completely flabbergasted by the way this...

Just ordered from here i hope they know whos writing this review.. Pizza was absolutely DISGUSTING paid $19.24 for a buffalo chicken pie which was a "specialty" but there was nothing special about it to me. Pie didnt even come how i asked for it didnt have ranch drizzle and instead of using ranch for the base they used red sauce when i specfically asked for RANCH. RUDE people took almost 2 hours for my food to be delivered on top of it kept calling to see where my food was and employees kept hanging up on me. Lucky for them thats the only pizza place open at 3am otherwise i wouldve never ordered from them to begin with. Waste of money and true dissapointment. if your reading this do yourself a favor save your money and do NOT order from here. I couldve made a better pie myself at home. Wouldve been cheaper and i wouldve been satisfied. $20 dollars in the GARBAGE. Normally would never review a place and would just let it go but this deserved my time. Screw u...

I've always heard great things about this place so I decided to try it saturday night. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a food delivery service. I ordered at 820 and by 930 I still didn't have my food, so I called to ask where it was and the women told me the delivery man just left with my food. An hour later and I STILL had no food so I called again and she told me he was five minutes away (I used Google maps to see how far away lynhurst pizza was from me and it is 8 MINUTES AWAY) I finally got my food at 1050, more than 2 hours later, and the delivery guy told me his car is in bad condition and doesn't run well. If they just told me that I would be more than happy to pick up the food rather than wait that long. When I opened my food the container was COMPLETELY crushed and the plastic lid had broken apart in a bunch of little pieces and was all over my food. I would never suggest this...
