Place doesn’t even deserve 1 star… Think it’s despicable when someone blatantly tries to take advantage of a customer. I went there with my engagement and wedding band (also purchased from that store). At the time, I could not locate my appraisal paperwork that they did. But, because the rings were purchased from there, I didn’t think they would try to pull one over on me. Wrong! I was told BOTH rings were only worth a pathetic number (in my opinion) and I knew something wasn’t right. I knew what the appraisal paperwork from their store said. Well, all original paperwork has since been located and what a surprise, their own appraisal numbers were WAY higher for EACH ring than what the guy at the store said they were both worth.    Read moreI went to Robert and Gabriel in May 2012 to buy an engagement ring for my longtime girlfriend. Suzie worked tirelessly with me and was extremely helpful in picking out a ring and educating me about all the areas of diamonds, rings, and everything else.

Besides the service, the rings themselves are gorgeous and we love them. My fiancee couldn't be happier and they worked with us to keep it under our budget,
Overall, I couldn't recommend Bruce, Suzie, and everyone else at Robert and Gabriel...

I felt like it was malicious because he stated it wasn’t %100 solid silver necklace but WHO GIVES A DAM! It was mines and that’s what matters! What give you the right to damage my property. If you didn’t want to help me just say that but don’t tell me yes and then damage my property in the midst!! Only reason I didn’t pursue charges is because I only paid $200 for it and so it wouldn’t been worth the court charges and he helped for free but GOD will handle him for his carelessness!! Don’t spend your money here! Go to someone a little...
