I contacted Sonya a few weeks before the wedding that I was in on 6/20/2020. My friend was getting married and didn't know any reputable salons in Cleveland. Let me just say, Sonya saved the day. She got a few stylist together and they really took great care of my friend and the bridal party.

I got my hair done by Angela. She was on time, professional, personable, funny and pleasant. She did a wonderful job with my hair. She took her time and told me to lay back and relax. It was only my second time at a salon where I could put my feet up so that was a plus.

I got my makeup done by KB. She was efficient, friendly, and she did an excellent job on my makeup. All of the stylist/staff involved with the bridal party that day made each one of us feel like we were the only people there. We had a wonderful experience. I observed the staff having alot of enthusiasm. The staff really appeared to be happy to be at work loving what they do. I also observed a lot of teamwork. One team player that stood out to me was Quiana (spellck lol). Needless to say, I was impressed with the staff. It's one thing to like post and follow people on social media and it's a whole other thing to actually meet these lovely ladies in person.

As a Nurse Supervisor for Cuyahoga County participating in COVID-19 screenings, I have to say, the staff did an amazing job! The screenings were conducted properly at the entrance, social distancing was practiced and the staff did not deviate from the policy they had in place. I felt safe and I felt like the staff cared enough to ensure everyone's safety.

My first couple of appointments were actually good. It’s the last two appointments that made me make the decision NOT to EVER GO BACK. My hair stylist was Mechelle. She was great in the beginning. The first “ incident” was when I came in for my usual pixie cut and perm. She burnt me real bad in the back of my head. Scalp was on FIRE and she didn’t even get to really “do”/style my hair because of the irritates of my scalp being burn. The back of my scalp was scarred up bad. I waited for my head to heal. Made the mistake of going back. SMH 🤦🏽‍♀️. I’ll say i waited about 1 1/2 months before I went back. This time around I’m all healed up and I ask for my usual. And mind you my birthday was around the corner and I mentioned that to her. When I say this lady played in my hair. She acted like her permed my hair but actually she just put a protein treatment, and just tried to curl my already short hair. And keep in mind my hair was not actually done or permed the last time b/c she burnt my head and couldn’t complete service. So boom, hair “done” as she says. I pay and tip. Literally a few hours later my hair got so puffy you wouldn’t have believed I just got a perm and paid what I did. My hair looked sooo bad yall. I called her crying upset about my hair and that it need to be fixed ASAP. She only had an open spot a day later. Never decided payment or if there would’ve been any. Nothing. She just expected me to come again and pay. Moral of the story don’t go to bank salon. They will play in your hair and take your money. Michelle...

I've only been to this salon twice and I got my hair done by two different stylists. I was pleased both times. I got a short hair cut, a rinse, and style. Both stylist did a good job of doing my hair how I wanted it (and I can be honest I am somewhat picky). I'm not sure how good this salon is as far as hair care/treatment goes because I haven't had any suggestions from either stylist on what is good for my hair, but that doesn't mean they don't have any knowledge about it...I guess I'm just used to it being discussed by previous stylists that I've gone to. In addition, I must say that they must be doing something right because both times I've gone there I've seen plenty of customers there with a head full of healthy looking hair. It wasn't like your average "black" salon where you see majority of women with damaged, over-processed hair and they try to act like it doesn't exist by covering it up with some type of sew-in, glue in, or quick weave (I'm just saying)!
