Nothing beats GREAT customer service and that is exactly what I got when I went into Auto Zone on the Lynnway last week.
The reason for my visit was to make a return. At the counter, I initially had a gentleman help me out; he however, sought assistance from Leomarie to simply confirm what I was returning.
Now here is why I truly appreciate the customer service I received that day and why I needed to leave a review:
Leomarie's shift was over when her coworker called her over, yet with her personal belongings in hand she came over to assist. I had to quickly go back to my car to check on something as she continued to give her coworker additional instructions to follow, for when I made it back to the counter.
Yet while I was outside, Leomarie walked out, and because I wasn't sure about being able to make the return, I asked her as she walked by if I could ask her a question regarding the part I was bringing back. She quickly said yes and walked over towards my car. As I told her my concern, she told me that she would take care of it and walked back into the store with me and completed my return.

He tells me that its not his job to put in the battery. which is weird because i bought the battery from them (same store) and if iām not mistaking in their website says if i buy the car battery from them they can install it. i tell him that. I noticed he had the word manager on his name tag and thatās for good reason. He was able to stay fully engaged in our interaction, while politely getting the attention of another associate to help the customer behind me. He answered all my questions quickly and went the extra mile when I asked him to install my wipers for me bc I always break them and then printed an extra copy of the code so I didnāt have to make one myself.
