Walgreens Pharmacy — Local services in Lynnwood

DO NOT GIVE THIS LOCATION YOUR BUSINESS!!!

Absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever had the displeasure of having to work with. I called them as I left work (in Redmond) and was still on hold by the time I reached the location (1 hour 10mins). Per usual, they didn’t have my prescription ready and to put the cherry on top they didn’t even have my prescription… or so they claimed. I called the Edmond location and they confirmed that the prescription was there. So on top of being incompetent they also choose to flat out lie to their customers to cover their mistakes.

This has been a ongoing problem with this location. They change their hours DAILY, they always have a line to the curb, they do not EVER answer their phones, they never have prescriptions ready and make you come back HOURS later or the next day.

There is a tall man in glasses at the pick-up counter and drive thru who is deliberately unhelpful, intolerant, and completely irresponsible. He ignored my questions, interrupted anytime I spoke, and made a racist comment after turning away from the counter. I work as a caregiver, I know what burnout can do to a person's sense of empathy, but it is still his and my responsibility as front-facing healthcare workers to address that instead of taking it out on their clients. This person is not cut out for this line of work. Edit: Went back the next day, and an older woman at pick up was able to fill my client's prescriptions no problem. The tall guy told me several times absolutely nothing could be done to refill this prescription and berated me just for being there. Truly, go...

First and most importantly this location has failed to have my meds filled on time on multiple occasions. They have also been out of stock entirely for days at a time. Please if you are on any medication that you cannot live comfortably without for 24 hours do not come here. Secondly the female Asian pharmacist tech that works here is one of the rudest and most impatient people you will ever meet. I had three separate encounters with her and each time she was incredibly nasty towards me for no reason and wouldn’t let me speak. She then refused to give me my antidepressants entirely because I matched the attitude and aggression she was giving to me first and then she proceeded to ban me from the store (actually hilarious and incredibly dramatic) as if I was ever considering...
