I have been a customer of Glitter Starz for 3 1/2 years. I was pleased with their products, but dissatisfied with their service after my most recent order. I ordered warm ups in the Fall that were estimated to arrive in December which were supposed to be Christmas gifts for the students. The order kept getting pushed later and I did not receive them till January. I ordered a Large Adult pant and they sent a Large Youth instead. When I called I was told it was "my fault" because I did not check the invoice, even though my order to them clearly said adult, all while children were screaming and crying in the background on their end. They sent us the wrong color, wrong size, glue spots could be seen, pockets hung out, disproportionate logo and looked NOTHING like our proof. This is after waiting months for our order. Then they tried to blame us saying they can’t dye the material gold…why did you send us a proof showing gold then? We shipped them back (which we had to pay for). The owner Jan and sales rep Deanna said they’d refund us…here we are still waiting on our refund for the warm-ups they messed up. Read moreI looked at a lot of vendors for our dance team suits before finally selecting GlitterStarz. They were friendly, easy to work with, very helpful, reasonably priced and the turnaround time was average. In my opinion, the real test of a company is how they handle customer issues. We had three pairs of pants that didn't fit and I was worried that it would be a hassle to try and work out a solution. But they were great! They got new measurements and quickly got us three new pairs of pant! AWESOME! I would definitely use them again...
