Terrible customer service: Freeman lost our shipment and is now only paying fraction of the loss! At the annual ASCO meeting (June 2018) at McCormick Place in Chicago, we used Freeman Exhibitor and Shipping Services to deconstruct and return ship our exhibit to our office in Atlanta.
Not only has the communication around this whole process been difficult, they lost our shipment and are doing very little (nothing?) to find it. All of the items in our shipment were individually labeled with our company name, address and phone numbers attached. However, no signs of it anywhere.
Our proven damages in custom designed booth and materials is over $14,000. Freeman acknowledges that they are at fault for losing our materials. But they are not paying out more than a couple hundred $$ per small print. TERRIBLE LACK OF RESPONSIBILITY and POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU ARE...
