I booked my son for a 5:30 appointment with someone named manny. I called at 10:30 let them know I had this appointment and asked if he works with kids because my son is 2. The guy who answered was laughing and said yes manny works with kids well. I said okay well I’ll be there with my son after work. They said okay. I called when I was on the way to let them know I was on the way. They told me “manny left around 5 maam so I don’t know what to tell you” I said well I’m not sure what to tell you because I have a confirmation for 5:30. He said “well I don’t know what to tell you if you were my client I would cut his hair but I’m booked” I asked if anyone could squeeze him in then because that’s unprofessional. Before asking anyone he just said no they can’t. Apparently there was no one I could talk to , to resolve the issue. I’ve heard bad things about this place but I wanted to see for myself. Not saying all the barbers are unprofessional but definitely the one who answered the phone was, and the one who was supposed to cut my son’s hair. I called at 5:19 because I was pulling up to the barbershop. As I was on the phone with them I got a text they cancelled my appointment. SOOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL receipts will be posted. Again not shaming all the barbers here because that would be wrong and unfair. Definitely hope they aren’t always like that. Wish instead of receiving an attitude someone would’ve tired to resolve the issue or at least apologize. But unfortunately I did...

Normally service and haircut quality is a 10/10 easy to book barbers are all chill and great at listening and getting what you want I’ve been coming for years and years and years since they opened with just Ray.

I called today to talk to Raul who’s been taking care of me for the past year but when I called to see if my son could get his first ever haircut for my barber who I’ve been coming to the rude lady on the phone said I’m not allowed to talk to him I was about to book the appointment always tip great but she was so rude and wouldn’t let me ask my barber if he would cut my 4year olds hair for the first time. I had been wanting to try this shop for a hot minute and boy was it the biggest regret I have ever made. First things first I asked the older orale man if he can do a design on my son and caught an attitude and stated he did not do design's... Strike number 1 ! Then Mr Orale was extremely assertive with my son and didn't even bother to try to assure my son that he was in good hands; which I can see why because his work was by far at least a beginner level. Then he freaking cuts my sons back of the head! So now my son not only has to walk around with a jacked up haircut but a head with scratches as if he got in a dang fight with a freaking cat! I do not recommend this place not even for convenience if you have a barber just wait or go somewhere else...
