I don’t even know how to start this. As a first time mom they are really no help and don’t give as much information as you need honestly just go somewhere else we’re your baby’s will be cared for. So first I have a appointment for 10:30am then they call back and say they need to move it to 10:00am cuz my daughter needed a cleaning before treatment I asked why can’t I just go in at 10:30 and the lady on the phone says you can’t you have to be here at 10 and proceeds to make at appt at 10 then says I’ll see you at 10 and and hangs up the phone. So day of appointment I get there at 9:50 then I get called into the room at 10:45. They proceed to do the treatment on my daughters teeth while she’s screaming, crying, choking on her own spit and a little bit of water that they sprayed in her mouth. I asked the dentist if she’s OK and the dentist giggled and said she’s fine. Then the dentist proceeded to put Vaseline around my daughters mouth because she says the treatment will STAIN the skin if it get on there for up to three weeks. While not being observant, the dentist hits, the dental assistant hand and the treatment stick flies out of her hand and hits my baby all over her face. Now, my daughter has stains all over her forehead and cheek and has a long black stain going down from her eyebrows to her cheek and instead of the dentist being concerned with my daughters face she’s concerned that her white coat will have black stains on it and tells the dental assistant to watch out for her coat cause it’s gonna get dirty. I just feel like all of this could’ve been handled a different way. I left the dentist office holding in my tears because I was so mad. Ima looking for a different dentist...

I thought I’d give them another try after 3 years. They are 10 minutes away from my home in Devine. First experience that stopped me was a male dentist with horrible bed-side manners. He’s no longer there so I gave them another shot when my, now, 7 year old was having tooth pain. They worked him in, took x-rays and we waited. While we waited the assistant booked us a 6 month appointment which was strange (we still didn’t know if wanted to stay as patients). Finally, the doctor came in not mentioning my sons problem. Instead, she gave us a treatment plan!?!?!! I had to stop her and ask about the emergency at hand. She goes ballistic and starts throwing out accusations of child neglect because she found an abscess on the painful tooth. To add insult to injury, literally, she then proceeds to say that our son had multiple cavities and within 6 months he would die alone in his bed if not treated. (There was no point in talking to crazy after that) Being military, and of all things, DENTAC, we knew she was wrong. I didn't mention my knowledge as the only thing she did correct was write a script for antibiotics. We then took him 45 minutes to his actual dentist. Additionally, the treatment plan given was completely different then Tots to Teens had created. Which leads us to believe they are also a rip-off, looking to make money off of our children. More so, after signing a release form, our dentist, still, does not have the x-rays that Tot to Teens took. Makes you wonder, what else are they...

Don’t let the façade of all the fancy kid things they have confuse you with their horrible customer care. If you just wanted to be another pay customer this place is for you. First of all do your research… they are not supposed to take payment for any services upfront if they are a in-network provider with your insurance, they aren’t supposed to bill you for anything until the claim with your insurance company is processed. Good luck getting your money back if they over charge you. You’ll see a different doctor every time as they rotate dentist between their locations. They charged us for laughing gas for my daughter. After putting the breathing apparatus and starting the oxygen, they never actually switch it to the nitrous. My daughter felt everything. It was her second time so we were familiar with the process of switching the mixture from oxygen to nitrogen and it was never done. My son was scheduled for surgery and placed on stand by. It was pointless as he wasn’t able to get in and a month later we are still waiting for a date and have not heard anything about it. They prolonged the process for 6 months ensuring we’d have to come back multiple times when my sons tooth bothered him, despite our wishes to just have the...
