This visit wasn't the best one, the assistant was packing my groceries forget an item, when he was doing it another associate come and started talking with him and helping with the packing, we'll any of them was putting attention on their job, I get home and find out i was missing the bread, looks like not a big deal but I have a child that he woke up at 5:00 a.m. and need he's breakfast. (Spectrum)He does not understand why we don't have bread , so I know I need to go back, talk to a manager and I expected to go get the bread and bring it to me, but no! he told me to go and get the bread and bring it to him so he can put it in a bag for me, not even apologize, another employee (cashier)see that he was putting the bread in the bag and told him oh here is a loaf the same bread, I look at him and he said yes, is fine, like not a problem you know yes is a problem because i have to come back after a long working day, I now mistakes can happen but This is not the first time this happen, please put more attention to your employees, less talking and be...

I am SUPER angry with them today. I placed a cake order in store for a gender reveal on 9/15/25 to pick up for today 9/19/25. I specifically told the lady that the baby is a BOY, and to put BLUE ICING inside of the cake, which she stated was something they could do , she even gave me her number and I sent her a picture of what i wanted and a message stating that the baby is a boy so that they wouldnt forget. I came today to pick up the cake, and I even asked them to MAKE SURE that the reveal was inside the cake because I HAVE my ENTIRE family here at home. GUESS WHAT???? there was NO reveal in the cake and it is BEYOND EMBARRASING FOR ME TO HAVE MY WHOLE FAMILY SEE THAT!!!!! I spent a whole week preparing for this party and now it's ruined. It was extremely warm in that area...even the strawberries were sweating. I realize HEB is trying to conserve energy and is on a program with CPS Energy; but it is too warm in your store. When I shop I shop meat and dairy last, or just leave because it is so hot I can't take the heat and leave. Please look at adjusting the temperature during the hot summer months to a cooler climate.
