KFC — Restaurant in Macedonia

We were at kfc on sunday, may 30th around 7pm, I wanted to try the chicken sandwich to compare it to Popeyes and chic fillet, my vote is for kfc, it was very good, however, the store was a mess and the staff was not concerned. There were dirty napkins all over the floor in the cooking area, when the girl servicing the take out window pulled out a bag for a take out order off the roll another bag flew on the floor, she just kicked it to the side never to pick it up, when she needed something out of an unopened box she tossed the box on the floor, opened it and got out what she wanted, at one point she was toward the back by the cook swearing, the cooked advised her that was not a good idea, she stated she did not care. The music was Loud and awful. My order was good but my husbands chicken was burnt, small, hard and greasy, his biscuit had a hair on it, the women in the window getting the take out order looked concerned, when we questioned the sauce on the wings, just to make sure we got it right, the girl serving us got defensive and snippy. I will continue to get kfc chicken sandwiches but in Rochester, Ny where I live and the staff...

I process my pick up order and proceeded through the drive-through. The young man and older lady at the drive thru was extremely rude. I went inside the store to request a refund for refusing to eat at an establishment with piss poor service. Naturally, they refused to process the refund claiming they are not able to give customers refunds. I proceeded to complain thru the app and the agent truly paid no attention to the trash customer service that was exhibited at the location in Macedonia Ohio off of Highland Road, until I question, is this acceptable to this company??? as you probably guessed I have yet to receive a refund with claims that management will contact me to investigate the incident! I am definitely not going to hold my breath waiting on that to actually happen as they claimed!!! I am completely offended by the complete lack of customer service within the establishment as well as within the app. And naturally, I vow to never step foot or place an order with such a trash establishment. My first time at this location was last week. The tenders were mediocre, kind of rubbery. Looked good but flavorless, which was not my experience in the past elsewhere. When I got home, I found that they'd forgotten my biscuit. Went again the other day because I was driving by and wanted to give them another try. They basically called me a liar when I asked for an extra biscuit. Apparently their mistake was irrelevant and it was my fault for not calling immediately. I can do without the dang biscuit, but not without respect and reasonable service, so I drove away without finishing my order. There are plenty of other options in the area. Cane's has never been anything but very friendly so I'll keep going there, and I don't care for Chic Fil A but their customer service consistently ranks as the best in the business for a reason.
