Where do I start? This place was so bad I left within an hour of checking in. Never bothered demanding a refund, no one answers the phone anyway. It’s advertised on Priceline to have WiFi. If it does have it, I wasn’t given information about it. Was handed a few cards and given room number. Person at desk could’ve cared less about any customer service. They had the attitude of “don’t bother me.” Wasn’t about to get in a discussion with such a type of person. Total no-win. Also, No towels, no functioning elevator and dirty shower for starters. Don’t bother expecting any customary bar soap either! The icing on the cake was the door jam. It was already broken with screws bulging out when I attempted to open it. Not safe.
Do yourself a favor. Either pay the extra money for a real hotel/motel or sleep in your car rather than go to this place. Not worth the headache. Made me wonder how any lodging establishment could be so incompetent or inconsiderate. I am by no means a demanding or picky person. Just wanted the basics ie .. a clean shower, towel and door that locked safely. l
Anyone giving this place an upvote is less than truthful in my opinion. If there was an award for unsafe and inconsiderate staff, this place would take the award, unquestionably...
Read moreThe place was very run down. They seriously need a lot of maintenance. Prices are not high but little tidyness is definitely required for the price. We stayed here 2 nights in August 2021 and were given Room#108. The room didn't have the key card because they said there is a problem with it but they have a physical key at 24 hour front desk. Next morning we had to leave and forgot something inside the room, we asked the 24 hour desk person who said the other employee went out somewhere and must be coming back. We waited about 25 mins because apparently she was the only person with the only key and had gone out walking with her kid. The linens were okay, room was dirty (even big trash items can be seen - if not vacuum then at least they should pick up trash) and bathroom was a smelly. Bugs were everywhere inside the room and they didn't have any bug spray. They had 2 towels for three people because apparently their washer was broken (how do they wash stuff then?). They had advertised Free Breakfast on Hotels.com but there was no breakfast at all. Locality is nice though. Had couple of grocery and restaurants around. Would not recommend. Find another place...
Read moreThe ONLY PROBLEM I HAD FOR THE ENTIRE WEEK I WAS THERE, WAS THE WORLDS RUDEST PEOPLE IN THE ROOM NEXT TO ME. Seems like they have about two complete families crammed into a room meant for TWO PEOPLE. (AT LEAST 5 KIDS UNDER 10 RUNNING FROM ONE END OF THE PROPERTY TO THE OTHER UNTIL THE WEE HOURS OF THE MORNING, LAST NIGHT JUST AFTER 11PM I POLITELY ASK THEM TO KEEP THEIR KIDS QUITE, UNFORTUNATELY I DO NOT BELIEVE THESE ADULTS EVEN KNOW THE MEANING OF QUITE. AND AT 12:45 AM A MINIMUM OF 9 PEOPLE WERE ALL STILL OUT IN THE WALKWAY, BEING OBNOXIOUSLY LOUD AND DISRESPECTFUL, VERY SMALL KIDS STILL RUNNING BUCK WILD. I HAD TO THREATEN TO CALL THE POLICE TO GET ANY REST. (AND THATS THE WHOLE REASON I AM HERE, JUST HAD MAJOR SURGERY LAST FRI, AND CAN'T HANDLE THE STEPS AT MY HOUSE.) STAFF WENT ABOVE & BEYOND TO HELP ME WITH OTHER THINGS BUT THE NOISE I HAD TO DEAL WITH MYSELF.
I ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO GIVE A BIG THANK YOU MORE THAN WORDS CAN CONVEY TO MR. G FROM THE OFFICE (I think he works mostly in the evenings), I HAD NO IDEA THAT PEOPLE WITH THAT BIG OF A HEART STILL EXISTED THESE DAYS. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR YOUR...
