Incredibly rude and demeaning staff during these stressful times. My fiancĆ© and I went in one at a time (he was buying special bolts he needed) and I needed to use the restroom desperately as we were an hour away from home. As I was searching for the bathroom I was approached by a rude employee who asked if I needed help to which I said āno ā actually where is your bathroom?ā And she asked if I was there to buy something because they were open for āessential needs only.ā While her friend and her laughed at me. And I was nervous and scared (as I already suffer from intense anxiety and severe depression and havenāt left my home in a month) so I just said no. Then she rolled her eyes and pointed to the back corner and as I walked away I could hear them laughing with each other.
Itās none of your business to judge someone on their āessential needsā and to demean them. My essential need was to stop In for two minutes use the restroom because we were far from home that my fiancĆ© had already asked if it was okay and they told him yes. So to be treated so unprofessionally and poorly in these already stressful times really hurt me. It might be silly but it really affected me. You never know what someoneās mental health is like and especially in these unprecedented times, you have no right to demean and make fun of someone just because they donāt fit your criteria of an...

The gentleman who waited on me pulled the supply part number off of the belt (I foolishly left my manual at home) and looked up the part size. It was 92 1/2 in. and said they did not have that odd size in stock but suggested the 92 in. as an alternative. Well it worked great and he saved me ordering on line and waiting a week to get the part for my disassembled tractor. He also had the air filter and air cleaner in stock and I walked out very satisfied not only with what I found but his service. Great store and service. Somehow, UPS didn't have right address and delivered the grill somewhere else. Grill was reordered and as I was tracking more closely, I saw the same thing about to happen. I contacted the store, they contacted UPS and allegedly everything was corrected. Today I see the grill is on its way back to sender and the holiday weekend is 4 days away.
