I typically don’t write Google reviews, but I absolutely felt compelled to today. Previously, I would never have considered being loyal to one car wash, but coming to this location routinely is now an absolute MUST for me. This wash is ran like a well oiled machine. I have never seen anything out of place, dirty, or broken. The employees are exceptional, but Steven specifically is always so kind, helpful, and attentive to detail. I know when I pull in here, I am going to get some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. New ownership and i now despise this carwash. They constantly have a sales rep on the non membership side trying to get you to sign up for a membership. They are annoyingly pushy and all i want is to just go in, push the button and get it done. Not have a 10 min convo about something i dont need, not to mention they have the kind of membership where cancellation is only done through the phone, which is a major red flag that itll be incredibly difficult to cancel.

The only reason i used this place was to save me from a backache but its no longer worth going to and id much rather be burnt out from washing my car myself especially with proper soap and wax, than use this...
