Circle M is the best Western wear retail store in Middle Georgia, located in Macon. The customer service is beyond words because the owner, Jerry has been there for so long, lore says he made a deal with General Sherman to bypass Macon because his Union Army would disrupt his business. Christy is the senior sales person/manager. Both go the extra mile to not only make sure that you get what you want, but will often give great advice to people who aren't sure what goes together. For example, some people who are just learning to dress Western often don't understand what styles are considered "retro" and may not realize that there is actually a conservative approach to Western wear. The quality of their products is well above average yet are still affordable. They are very willing to show you catalogs of merchandise that are not in stock or products that are generally not sought by their return customers which are numerous. My wife and I have been regular returning customers since 2006, when we moved to Macon. Also, I've been impressed with the return policy that is far superior to most specialty stores. I've been wearing the same boots that I 1st bought there in 2006. Jerry and Christy are very happy to explain how to maintain their products properly so that they last a long time. I visited this store yesterday with my family to buy a pair of boots for my son. He is a senior and having pictures done, so I decided to buy him a pair boots for his photo shoot. He found a pair he liked, however, they did not have his size. The lady who helped us (I wish I got her name, but she had blonde hair), was truly amazing! She came out from the back with a similar style of boot in the size he needed. She did an amazing job at improvising! She hit the nail on the head! He ended up loving that style even more! I was in the area and ran across this great western wear stand alone store. They have an amazing collection of boots, hats, clothing for men, women, and children. So much more also, jewelry, accessories, belt buckles, bolo ties, even dusters rainproof waxed cloth jackets. Also track supplies, saddles, etc. Staff was amazing and made the experience even that much more. Friendly, helpful. Felt like I made a friend and almost felt like family. I highly recommend and know I’ll be back...
