Purchased an whirlpool washer December 9,2019 same day washer making loud sounds.Called sent repair man out, he took front of washer off knock the barrel of washer with an hammer.Still makes loud sound.December 16 washer started to smoke,water leaks from washer.Was told someone would be out.Hate that I went to this place.Should have bought an brand new washer.First time buying used appliance never again will I buy used Again.Now waiting to see the outcome of this next visit.Would NOT recommend this place.Update received another washer this washer works when it wants to.Had to hit it a couple of times for it to work.Was told that warranty of first washer was void since I received an replacement & that I would be responsible for parts if needed.I’m out of 175.00.Will purchase brand new washer& donate the second one to Goodwill.BOTH WASHERS worked when it wants to.Would NOT recommend this place...

Very bad business ethics, the owner, so called "pastor" Kim sold me a Kenmore washer, which didn't work properly. Had to call repeatedly to get him to repair it. After 10 days, sent a crew to repair it but instead, brought an replacement washer(not the model I purchased) It to didn't complete the rinse cycle. After another 11 more days of waiting for the return of the fixed washer I originally bought, Mr. Kim asked me to wait for another week for the return of my washer. Of course not!!! The first washer I purchased broke while they were loading it onto the truck so I had to go back to the store to pick out another washer. They brought the second washer and hooked it up but it didn't work, therefore I had to go BACK to the store AGAIN.
