Pizza was ok cashier was rude to me and my grandsons.we finished the pizza and were wating for oldest grandsons desert. My 10 yearold grandson went with me nextdoor for icecream then went back to the pizza store twice to ask his brother what was taking so long.it took about 45 min fot him to get the desert. No other people in the store at that time. The staff member told him to make up his mind...in or out...what it gona be. you choose. Then when I confronted her to ask for the stores number she said its on the door . I said write it down and she did but she did not want to. The store was not busy and only one other person was in there. He asked his brother not the staff member what was taking so long. I know they also had phone orders coming in but if you cant handle the stress find another job. Absolutely no excuse for rudeness. The manager/owner was making excuses for her. Again no excuse for rudeness. That trip cost me $80. Well never again will they...

My first time ordering from this business, I called to place an over on the phone and then called back to add a salad to my order. The person on the phone sighed several times while adding to my order. I then asked for extra dressing and was met with sighs yet again. I asked the person if there was a problem or if I was inconveniencing them, and was told that it had been a long day. I really wanted to cancel my order but my card had already been charged. Upon picking up my order, I asked to speak to the manager and informed her of the rude person on the phone. She seemed to be very indifferent and barely apologized and quickly retrieved my order. I will NOT be ordering from Macon Pizza Company. It seems to be a family owned business and they are unwilling to reprimand employees and are very comfortable being extremely RUDE! I have ordered pizza here before and usually do not have problems. However, on yesterday, I ordered a pizza and it was not cooked all the way through, and as a result I became sick. This has happened one time before but I was home and I popped it in the over. But on yesterday I ate the pizza in the car after I ordered it. It was the only thing I had eaten at that point (around noon). I was only able to eat half because the rest was not cooked thoroughly. I called back and asked to speak with the manager/owner (because normally the kids are working at front as was the case on yesterday). The owner calls today (from a blocked number - questionable) was argumentative saying that it went through the oven so it had to be cooked. He was absolutely not trying to hear or address my concern (to double check that things are cooked properly). His only concern was arguing his point and speaking over me.
