This place can be hit or miss when it comes to food. I got a bowl with canned pineapple tidbits. I assumed they ran out. And when you pay for extra, there’s no difference in the portions. I like the mixed berry bowl, but I decided to make them at home from now on because $10 is a lot for one bowl of simple inexpensive ingredients. The southwest chicken breakfast wrap used to be my favorite but the chicken has been rubber lately. It really freaks me out. And idk I think the brand of chipotle mayo had changed because it tastes different. My smoothie has been made with bananas when I always order a kiwi quencher. The staff is friendly though. I recently visited Tropical Smoothie Cafe and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the food and service. The smoothies were absolutely delicious - I tried the Triple Berry Oat smoothie and it was so refreshing and perfectly sweet. The cafe also offers a wide variety of sandwiches, wraps, and salads, all of which looked and smelled amazing.

The staff were friendly and attentive, and the cafe itself was clean and welcoming. The atmosphere was lively and upbeat, and it was clear that the staff were passionate about their work.

It’s beyond aggravating to show up when there’s 25 minutes left till close and when you walk in, they tell you they’re closed! And the girl who works here was incredibly rude! When we told them they don’t close till 9, the girl told us…”well, you can try it” What does that even mean? What it does mean is I’ll be hard pressed to come back! This is ridiculous…I mean we’re talking about making a smoothie, not preparing a whole meal! Anyway, we come here frequently because it’s fast and easy, but it’s for these same kinds of reasons we quit going to Tom Hill! I understand it’s new owners, but seems like it’s the same old service!
