I recently left this place after about 6 months.. and I must say it was a relief to escape the toxic work environment even if nothing really changed.. Here's why:
Poor Management:
Lack of clear direction and goals Micromanaging and constant belittling Favoritism and unequal treatment of employees
Unsupportive Culture:
No opportunities for growth or professional development Unwillingness to listen to employee feedback or concerns High turnover rate, with no effort to retain talent
Inefficient Processes:
Outdated technology and systems Bureaucratic red tape and slow decision-making Lack of resources and support for employees
Unhappiness and Burnout:
Long working hours with no recognition or compensation Unrealistic expectations and impossible deadlines Constant stress and pressure to perform
Lack of Transparency:
Poor communication about company changes and decisions Hidden agendas and unclear motivations No transparency in promotions or opportunities
Advice to Potential Employees:
Beware of the sugarcoated job description and promises Research the company culture and talk to current employees Consider looking elsewhere for a healthier and more supportive work environment
Advice to Management:
Listen to your employees and take their concerns seriously Invest in their growth and well-being Address the systemic issues and toxic culture before it's too late
