I purchaes a plain chez burg/fries, chock shake and a blizzard. This is the worst location I've ever seen. While waiting in lune there was a elderly man in front if me and you could definitely tell that the man taking the order who I assume was the age was getting frustrated and when the cashier came back he walked off and went back to the line without saying anything. When I checked to make sure my burger was just meat and chez it was very hot and the bun was literally flat. The man and the two women working there were not very pleasant so I just left with my food. As I was driving down the road I went to start eating my fries, they were cold. 10 minutes later I got home in Forsyth and went to eat my burger and it was hard as a rock, so he must of heated my food up to sale. I have to I Ed calling 7 times already to complain and the phone rings off the hook with no andwer6. No wonder you have a 82 health score, which by the was is considered failing. Trust me I will make sure I have Felucia and Bre at the Bibb Co Health Dept tomorrow morning. I'm in the food business as well so I'm sure they'll like getting this call! Your gonna make...
Read moreThis place is slow and the quality is terrible. Gives Dairy Queen a bad name. Got in line at 4:20 to order a blizzard. Line moved painfully slow. Like, super painfully slow. When I finally got to the window, they took my payment and I sat and waited another 4 minutes for my blizzard. Why? Because three people were visible through the window standing around talking. There was no one at the front registers. There appeared to be one guy working on cleaning an oven of some sort. After 4 minutes, the people who may have been the only person actually serving customers brought my blizzard to the drive thru cashier who remembered to flip it upside down for me before handing it off. Wow. You checked one completely unnecessary box. Great job! And, the blizzard that took too long? It wasn't even well mixed. All the toppings were at the top in a glob. Pure soft serve at the bottom. ...
Read moreWe stopped there Sunday afternoon to meet some friends from Savannah for a brief stop. While there, we though it would be great to get a Blizzard. There was a line wrapped around the building in drive thru. The 3 staff members we saw were all at drive thru. We stood in line with another lady who was standing there. The staff totally ignored us and didn't acknowledge anyone. We waited for a minute. When a family member asked if anyone was servicing the front, the male worker yelled, "Yes! We're dealing with an issue here!" Things go wrong, but I figured ONE person could've helped the front, or ONE person could've acknowledged us and the gentleman that eventually came in after us. Anyway, we tried to be patient, but left. Apparently, if you're not in drive thru, you're not important. Based on the line outside, the service didn't seem...
