Taco Bell — Restaurant in Macon

I visited this location on 11/27/2024 (date could be off but it was the Wednesday for Thanksgiving of this year) anywho I visited this location around 8:30pm. I placed mg order through drive thru the cashier was very friendly, she took mg order as usual once I got to the window everything was fine , I paid for my food , received my receipt everything was rung up correctly I received my food & proceeds to head home. Once I got home which is 3-4 mins away.. I take out my food preparing to eat when I went to put sauce of my tacos… BOOM little to no meat. Literally I get a regular sized spoon to scrap up & feed to a 8 month old baby . Every last taco was like that…. & clearly when I ordered & exactly how it was rung up EXTRA SEASONED BEEF on my entire order. I paid over $30 for to combos number 1 & number 2. I closed food back up, jumped in my car & went back! When I get there I go in… & as I approached the counter a woman approached me & said “What’s the problem?” With an attitude. I placed bag on counter opened a taco to show her while telling her all of them are like that. She snatches my bag off the counter & slams it in the trash & walk off.. not asking me why did I have or anything. Get this she was the manager of the shift. Once my food was fixed over she tossed my bag on the counter & walked off. I opened my food just for her to give it to me the same way it was the first time (little to no meat) my reason for returning. I asked for her name because how rude she was she would not give it to me. I told her that I had been an assistant manager for years at another fast food chain & her service was poor & very unacceptable for her to be in that position. I asked for a refund & she acted as if she didn’t hear me. I asked for corporate number she disrespectfully told her they don’t have a corporate number that I could call the number on the receipt. I then asked for her name again & loudly stated Jasmine! The cashier over in the drive thru refunded me my money. I politely thanked her & jasmine both & left the establishment. I’m a paying customer, that goes to this establishment once a week or more sometimes, always go thru drive thru.. NEVER experienced this type of behavior nor disrespect from a manager . If I could give 0 stars I would. My family and I have been traveling for two days just trying to get home from vacation. We stopped at circle K to gas up while my mother and I walked over to grab us food. The second we walk in we see a female worker leaning against the counter playing a game on her phone. She looks up, makes a disgusted face at my mother, rolls her eyes and storms off and no one else around to take our order. Mom and I stand and wait for a very long time with no service. It wasn’t busy. Then the woman at the drive through rudely tells us if we are ready to order then to use the kiosk. This would have been perfectly fine if it weren’t blatantly obvious we were not welcome and that us being there was an inconvenience because that meant they would have to do their job. I don’t know if it was because they just didn’t want to work or the fact we were white. I’m ashamed for saying that because my parents raised me to not generalize people or focus on race but, By God, that’s what it sure felt like. I pull in the parking lot and park near main doors. As I get to the door there is a sign the very clearly states that the Dining Room is open but I would have to place order through Kiosk..... I'm fine with that. I pull the door handle and it is locked tight at roughly 2pm. Frustrated I proceeded to drive thru and end up waiting 15 minutes total time. I ordered my food and 2 cups of water...apparently they charge $1 for a cup of water....seems a bit extreme compared to everywhere else. I decided against water due to ridiculous price and just get food. I pay and wait a few and get my food from the young and rude lady. I drive off only to realize that my mild sauce I had asked for is NOT in my bag. By now drive thru had about 7 or 8 vehicles so I decided not to wait another 30 minutes for sauce. During my 15 minutes sitting in drive-thru ( only 2 cars ahead of me btw ) I saw at least 4 or 5 other cars try to park and enter.
