I feel like my experiences with this location just keep getting worse. I ordered a COBB salad with no bacon (I feel like most of my salad is usually bacon unless I ask for none) and I noticed MOST of the lettuce was replaced with CABBAGE {gross}! Since when is cabbage in your Cobb? I know it's in your market salad but so is blue cheese, strawberries, blueberries, cranberries...I always order the Cobb and not once over the last few years have I gotten cabbage in it. Service is hit or miss. It's mostly high school kids who (on night shift at least) would rather sit and joke around with coworkers than to actually do their job. Sorry honey but you're not working at Burger King. You're working at a fast food place who holds top tier (or did rather) and it's YOUR pleasure to serve the community. There's a cashier that was boosted up the ladder who is incredibly rude (I've been lucky to not come across her again since promotion) and they're known to let pets in. 1) as the handler of a service dog, this puts risks to distract my service dog. 2) allowing pets into a restaurant breaks health codes put in place for a reason. 3) even with mobile orders, the wait line is so extreme even if no one is in store. I live a mile away and have hit the "I'm here" button to ensure I'm not standing for 20 minutes waiting on food (this is usually at very slow times too) I used to really love chick fil a but it's dwindling with every trip I take here. Poor Macon. Nothing lives here long without...
Read moreThere’s no indications anywhere stating yall are out of certain menu items and when i order said menu item and am met when no kind of apology and made to feel like i need to hurry and make up my mind and get out of line. the girl looked at me sorta dumbfounded i would ever order such a thing (being the grilled CHICKEN cool wrap from a chicken place..) so i hurriedly decided on just a sandwich and then when i pull forward to get my food im immediately handed it and met with an instant “my pleasure” but then immediately told i have enough room to pull off. i had hardly even sat my food down and to me, i didnt have enough room for me to COMFORTABLY pull off. you cannot “my pleasure” everything and hope its good enough. im hardly ever in line for 2 minutes before feeling rushed. i understand its fast food but i dont understand why kindness and respect has be sacrificed for it.
UPDATE: went back they were still out of the cool wraps, didnt get an explanation so i asked when they were getting them back by someone who didnt take my order when they plan to get them back and was told they DO have them? so i called and the manager told me its because the wraps were frozen and needed an hour to de thaw? its tortillas? and also ive worked in fast food before, not chick fil a but i’d assume they know how to prep? this is just honestly really strange to me.. im assuming its just sheer laziness and a ton of excuses but from a chick fil a just...
Read moreChick-fil-A is renowned for its stellar customer service and scrumptious (maybe a tad addictive-haha) chicken. While this branch is not short on " My pleasures" and tasty meals, we often get stuck waiting. It's usually a situation like today, where we pull up as the only car in drive through and minimal in door patrons, a friendly employee requests that we pull up to the delivery sign where we proceed to sit for 10+ minutes while a sudden influx of other drive through customers zip past us with ( I assume) their orders. Now it is worth mentioning, my party is never more than 4 meals total, so we're not causing a chicken gridlock when we pull up. I don't feel entitled as a result of this situation but perhaps a little surprised that there's not a gesture of good will to a consistent patron of the Chick-fil-A franchise. The waiting situation happens consistently when we visit this branch. It's not something we experience on a regular basis at more centrally located branches ( ie. Interstate accessible). We've continued to visit the store location, but it would be nice if we weren't asked to pull forward and wait a considerable time ( per drive through standards) as other customers behind us ( today it was 6 cars) pull out before us. Also, today we ordered 2 kid chicken strip meals and one adult 4 ct chicken strip meal ( sub frosted coffee for the drink and side salad for the fries). Our order was accurate and...
