I want to report that everytime I visit this location I get exceptional service. They take care of my need with such professionalism and kindness. The pharmacist is always a sweetheart and gets the job done. There is another pharmacist new there name Tony George who seems just as compassionate as the seasoned pharmacist. I love his approach and he willing to assist in any way. The other staff, Renee was very pleasant and willing to assist with kindness. I wish I knew the other rep who has been there the longest but cant remember her name. She used to work the window and a total sweetheart. However, the last few times Ive gone in for assistance, the other staff who normally works the counter hasn't been very friendly. She isnt approachable at all and asking her anything seems to be an issue. She ignored me several times to the point I had to ask her if she heard me. She had the audacity to respond by saying I heard you. She is definitely not happy to be there. Her energy and vibe doesn't match the other staff members. Sadly, she's always there. I won't mention her name for the sake of not exposing her but I sure wish she would move on if she isnt happy to be there. Read moreI recently moved all my pharmacy business, after 20+ years, from Kroger on Zebulon Road. Reason new staff that could care less for your business. Well I guess I should have done my homework. The two visits inside too pickup prescriptions I stood waiting, by myself, no one else in the area, except for the 2 pharmacy staff. I waited for 10 minutes before either came too the counter to address my needs. As I stood there, the overhead speaker system kept saying there was a call for pharmacy. They never answered the call. After finally getting my meds and going out of the building, the overhead was still announcing pharmacy call. I convinced myself that the call system must be broken. Wrong!!!!!! I just today, had to end my call after waiting for 25 minutes for someone to pickup. I had the pleasure of witnessing Alyssa in action during my recent visit, and I can't say enough good things about her! A challenging situation arose with a customer in front of me, but Alyssa handled it with such calmness and professionalism.
She took the time to listen to the customer's concerns and addressed them with genuine care, all while maintaining a friendly demeanor. It was impressive to see how she diffused the situation and made the customer feel valued.
Her patience and dedication to providing excellent service were truly inspiring. Even with the pressure of a busy environment, Alyssa remained composed and continued to offer friendly service to everyone around her.
