Dds was an awesome experience. I found the items I'd been looking for due to me being with my daughter and she needed to go to dds. The store was large and very clean, the staff very friendly. I'll be going back there real soon. I love this place, there are some really cool stuff that are really cheap. They got men,women and kids section. They got everything from shoes, clothes,underwear, household items, luggages, perfume, jewelry lots of miscellaneous items. They do have fitting rooms because I know some stores don't have. But with covid I doubt we can try clothes on. The staff and employees have been more than just a help in directing me to the product I need. Love the people who work there. Even security was nice. Absolutely loved it. They have more selection for heavy men than the Ross at Fresno River Park. If you purchase anything in a box, make sure to check and make sure the items are actually there. I bought a car charger and I didn't notice the year on the box until I got home and realized the box was empty. Felt stupid and obviously didn't return...

Worst experience here with exchange during Christmas time. Purchased a jacket as a gift, that was too big and tried to make an exchange and the cashier calls over manager and continues to tell me they cannot make the exchange due to “dog hair” being on jacket. As I tell them the jacket is being exchanged in same condition as it was purchased, mind you all of their products is on the floor being stepped all over or just all over the place, nothing is where it belongs, kids running all over all the products. I ask for store credit or if there’s anything they can do, and she says “no and it’s listed on back of receipt, that we cannot take back anything that has dog hair” so I check back of receipt and nothing of this nature is listed. Then I let them know I can’t do anything with an oversized jacket and this is a gift, and the cashier goes in to say “I’m sure the homeless outside would be happy to have the jacket”. All in all, worst experience here and won’t be shopping...

If I'm just going off the items they carry, then I would give a 4 or 5 star because the selection if things they have is great, it's just like another ross, just a little bit better than ross actually. The reason I put 3 starts is cus the staff can sometimes be a bit rude and the items aren't organized that well.i know people can get messed while looking for things but it should still be worked on. They don't have enough staff I believe cus I only see one person at the register, one in the back for fitting rooms and sometimes another person will come out if the line gets too long at the register. Either the rest are like hidden...
