First time dealing business with Rent-A-center spoke with Veronica gave me a great deal on a down payment, love the Samsung 82 inch brand-new great quality graphics my very first Samsung flat screen tv but the screen start to turn on and off on the 4th day, has not been a week or a year with this wonderful product well not so wonderful now. I did spoke to one of the agent won't say her name because she might had a bad day I can relate, I did say my name at first and I try to explain the situation of what is going on with my flat screen tv agent cut me off from me explaining the situation also was a little rude. agent did had me send a Video to a SMS I don't know who it is and the person did not introduce him/herself. I can't enjoy my tv from a hard day working at two jobs. manager has not contact me or resolve the issue nor try to contact me. Will be the last time doing business with Rent-A-Center and will notify people that I know such family member, friend's, Business owner, and coworker's to not order from this company.    Read moreI shall start by saying although , they are a bit pricey and interest should kick in 12 months.....but i love my furniture and it is convent for people who have not the means to pay full price up front.....the payment plans work out great...A s far as the customer service it is behond excellents, there greeting as soon as you walk in .the are always welcoming and have a smile .despite what a normal person has going on in there personal life thease employees never show it .they put there customers first and have respect...and you kinda build a relationship especially if of course your maling you regular payment and they will work with you ......give you deals. Take care of you the best they can ....as for the bad customer service and saying you would never go there .im sure they had a reason for whitch youbfeel that way .but i can asure you it was more then likey somone not maling a payment and getting there stuff repod and your just upset because youve waisted money .sorry not there fault keep up the good work...

Eddie is also very knowledgeable about products he carries in his store and was able to listen to wht I needed and recommend a set he carried in store. He was able to get my washer and dryer set to me same day!!!! Thk u so much!! 5 star...
