Fraud,Took my vehicle many times for getting hot,owner told me my water pump was bad because it was leaking,almost 500$ after he added serpentine belt ,and other stuff.Still leaked took it back he said my fan clutch was bad hundreds later car still gets hot and leaked,took it back his employee stated my water pump was bad and other stuff again 40O + dollars I refused both stated they never put a water pump,I had my receipts No they dident but they charged me for it and also told me I needed a timing solenoid and messed up my timing.Then stated I requested it I don't even know what that is.Got a few other opinions water pump is not new ,I paid him for a new one,he then checked and said OH ya I did do your water pump then told me The supposed water pump had a warranty but I had to pay labor again $225 WHY it's there lies and fraud not mine if he put one like he stated it has a warranty like he stated,NO sir you charged me but never put one.I have all the proof, made complaints with the BBB and Consumer Affairs.Why rip people off you were paid cash over a thousand dollars way over in total.I am cocidering suing for my money back after they are investigated.Udate HI TECH send me a check for over 500$ the amount I paid him for a water pump he never put on ! This guys a scammer...

I took my 1998 Acura Integra GS in for a smog test and certificate. I left my car there and he drove it around to see what was wrong. There were additional issues that they addressed and told me up front all the issues that would cause it to fail smog. I understood. He explained to me the costs and I said let's do this. I gave him a down payment and he started right away on my vehicle. He would contact me periodically and also give me updates on my vehicle as well as my family member's vehicles. He told me It would be roughly two weeks turn around. Approximately 15 days later, he gave me my car back in addition to the passed smog certificate for the DMV registration. I am pleased with the services provided here. He even advised me about my struts/shocks are in need of replacement, which I will highly consider doing there as he gave me pretty...

I used this shop back in February of 2022. After a horrible customer service experience with the owner, I should have known it would have been the same this time around.

I show up to my appointment 15 minutes early only to be turned away directly from the owner. No apologies, no remorse, just “I don’t have time today.”

No communication. No customer service. He had my phone number. He could had at least gave me a courtesy call and explained that they were busy and needed to reschedule. Completely disrespectful of other people’s time and schedules.

I usually don’t write negative reviews and give small business the benefit of the doubt. But after observing the owner’s nonchalant attitude towards both horrible service visits, I’m afraid this is the norm vs the exception. Despite their cheap prices, I’ll find a more professional auto...
