They take forever to serve your food. Your lucky if they get your order right. And if you get something you didn't order, they said to me why can't I just scrap it off the plate. Those were exact words the watriess used. They won't check your order before bringing it to you, they blamed it on the cooks. You have to be careful when you get your check. The gratuity is already added, which is ok, but we had 6 in our party. They were charging us 18% because thats what they do when it's 8 or more people in your party. Well Duh! So without a Happy face that they we wrong again, she credited us. Some of us ordered soup, which was lightly warm, the watriess mentioned because it was sitting too long before she brought it out. It took 2 watriess's to figure out our tab, & after 3 printed tabs that were incorrect. The watriess that helped us was polite in the beginning, but as we kept getting the wrong items she was becoming very stressed & loud. We went for breakfast & ended up with lunch. You won't get in & out in less then 2 hours. We will not be going back. This is not the first. And others were also complaining that there order was wrong. They'll be going out of business soon, because they kept taking charges off the orders for there mistakes. If you going there, don't hold back because of this review. See for yourself. Ordered a Carnitas chimichanga the meat was if it was left over from all week ,had thst stale flavor, and they refried it and added more seasonings to make it super salty the meat color was very dark almost black and dry almost like jerky terrible. The chimichanga itself was sitting in a pool of oil on my plate. The oil it was fried and also tasted bad like old oil . While my aunt and I were eating one of the girls started sweeping a rug vigorously I looked over at her hoping she would stop but then she started walking closer and vigorously sweeping the floor making a plume of dust in the air to settle down on our food that's when we decided to get up and leave. We told the cashier who was in charge nobody offered to discount our meal they asked us if we wanted a doggy bag!!!! 😝for reals? Very bad I've eaten here a few times over the years each time I say it was probably a bad day I'll give them one more chance only one time did I enjoy my meal there. I think they cater more to the bar. Don't eat there. My aunt was visiting from out of state she said this town must have good Mexican food so I decided to go here because it's a nice sit-down restaurant needless to say I was embarrassed. I had a upset stomach for 2 days after eating oonly 1/4 of the food. It was our first time trying this place. The food was awful. All 3 adults ordered burritos and was very disappointing. No flavor, temperature was cold, not visually appetizing. Probably worst burrito I've had. We ordered 3 kids entrees which the kids did not want to eat. The "mac & cheese" was literally boiled macaroni noodles with shredded cheese on top, fries needed to be cooked longer & seasoned, nuggets were bad as well. Service took a long time to bring drinks, take our order & refills took even longer. Serving time took a while as well. Sometimes it helps if cooks taste what they serve. Just a suggestion. I know w/ restaurants opening back up it is an adjustment but it's been a while since I had this kind of experience. To top it off as we were leaving a male employee wearing his apron still used the urinal & walked out w/out washing his hands. Altogether a bad experience. I really hope...
