I want to share my experience as a customer there,I have been buying for the past 1 1/2 years invested a lot of money. I don’t know what happen to the former Manager but the new manger Adriana was rude, I asked about a discount and called there different locations to see about other discounts, after Adriana was very rude and giving attitude saying no discounts and was talking about me to her co-worker. Keep in mind I drive a 2hr car drive from Salinas CA for this location. All so they can be rude? I will be done paying there and take my business somewhere else and I recommend you do as well. I went in to look around for the perfect pair of earrings( Sapphire) the sales ladies Rafaela was so attentive and patient. She showed me a few things necklace .. rings I decided on a ring that fit my hands perfectly.. all the while she was courteous and answered all my questions made me feel like I was making a good decision financially ext.
