Discount tire has great prices and fast service and they're honest. I got my tires there 20,000 miles ago and they fixed 2 posts and replaced my tires and put my full size spare back in under my car. We went Saturday, January 18,2025 for my 5k mile tire rotation and balancing. They have a great membership program earning dollars off with each paid service visit. They do more than tires. They accept walk ins and appointments. They get an hour lunch at noon. So I would recommend planning to go well before or after that hour. My tire rotation and balance was free because I bought my tires there. They were done in under 20 minutes. So very fast. It takes 20 plus minutes of driving to get there from my home. We were home in just a little over an hour after going in for service. I highly recommend Discount Tire & Services Centers-Madera. They're in the same parking lot as IHOP. We tried having them change out our car battery but the "Mechanic" said the battery bracket couldn't be taken out as it was installed backwards and the threads were stripped. He said he didn't have the time to take it off and replace the battery. I looked at it and told him how to do it but his only response was that they were closing soon and he couldn't take the time to do what I suggested. When I got home I did what I had suggested to the "Mechanic" and it took me all of 3 minutes to remove the battery hold down bracket. I'm 69 with arthritic hands and this young "Mechanics" attitude and/or lack of training was terrible. I will not be back to this place ever and I have given this place alot of business in the past but I'm done and will not be back. TERRIBLE...

I’ve taken two of my vehicles to the Madera discount tire location in the last month, they have had to order my tires for both vehicles. They notified me when the tires were there. I dropped off both vehicles. They did a fantastic job! The front desk staff is great, friendly, informative, and they didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I would recommend this location to anybody in the Madera Fresno area needing tires they also do brakes alignment and smog checks. I am very happy with the service that I received. Everything was done in a timely and prompt manner. I will definitely definitely be using this Tire shop for tires in the future their prices are the best around.
