So I had a bad experience here the last time I shopped at ignite (odana rd). I purchased a Geek Bar Pulse X 25,000 hit blackberry B-Pop Vape from there only 2 days ago. And I immediately noticed after opening it that the vape juice level was only reading at 39% and not 100%/99% from the start. So I brought it up to the staff and they said that it was probably a bad led that just made the 9 look like a 3. So I reluctantly said well maybe, but I'll def know if it goes down to 80% next with the same missing mark or it goes down to 20% and how much the flavor quickly decreases. Sure enough it started to quickly loose flavor and showed 29% next confirming to me that it wasnt full when purchased. I took photos of everything that happend and the level right when I got it. So I went back the next day to bring up my concerns and get the issue fixed with a replacement. But none of the workers where the same from the day before. And when I explained everything and asked for a replacement, I was only offered 20% off my next vape when the first one was 60% short which didn't make me very happy so I respectively declined. Maybe I wasnt talking to the right person but I was instead told to contact the manufacture for warrenty support instead. Which now seems like a send off as I sent in a support request but the manufacture site says they don't do returns or replacements on disposible vapes. Kinda dissapointing as I used to spend quite a bit of money buying stuff from here and was always under the impression that if a vape had a problem and was tested in store they would fix the problem and replace it right then and there. Maybe I need to try and reach out to the store owner. But I've sadly just spent so much time, effort, energy and gas already that I'm kinda just over it all and will shop elsewhere from now on. Read moreI have been coming to this place since April of 2020 and have and between April 2020 to Jan 2021 I spent about $500 in store. Since Jan 2021 until now June 2021 I have been coming twice a week and buying a delta 8 carts which is $40 a pop. So just this year In the last 5/6 months I’ve spent over $1500 in the store on the delta 8 carts. I’m going to be honest my overall experience with this store has been really pleasant, I love the staff. But out of the 50 carts that I’ve gotten 3 of them have completely not worked. Two of the koi ones completely leaked out on me and even severely burned my lip and ruined my yo can vaper(which I got from these guys too). I have asked for some sort of accommodation but the owner told me to just email these people and gave me an email which I never heard back from. Now yesterday I got a 3 tall pines that had absolutely no suction. Now I’m down 3 carts and a yocan vape which is over $200 of product. I called the store and one of the workers said they will be able to give me a refund this one time. When I got to the store they all of a sudden changed their mind. Yesterday I spend $90 on a pipe and at that hundreds of dollars and they didn't do anything if it breaks less than 12 hours later and the manager I spoke withs name was Grace at the odana location is very rude! But then I spoke with Casey at Willy St. Location and he reffered me to their instagram page and then spoke with unknown employee via their Instagram and they suprised me with not only a chillum but I believe it was personally made and was thinking it was just going to be discounted but after calling ignite on Willy St. as their Instagram told me to come in after 4pm yesterday.. So I went in right before close at 8pm. They made a chillum just for me and gave it to me for free!!!! I literally was crying happy tears because not many places would do something like that going above and beyond to keep a loyal customer....
