I normally NEVER do reviews but in this case I felt it was necessary so that no one has to experience complete unprofessional and rudeness with dealt with during the purchase of my daughters wedding gown. We scheduled an appointment and purchased a custom gown from Casablanca all before the outbreak of Covid19, they were rude and and acted extremely snooty but we had ordered the gown and figured we would just deal with them. I called during the quarantine and ask if there was any delays or any information I needed to be notified of since there was a pandemic going on. My daughter also emailed them to which they responded wit a rude email. I was told no and everything thing was on schedule. About a week till our next appointment I called again ( not them calling me as it should have been) to follow up and make sure the dress would arrive and to confirm my daughters appointment. During the call they young girl stated she had 40 brides and could not keep up with everything and everyone’s orders and dresses and pretty much rude and didn’t care that they had never notify us of the delay and change. I told her I didn’t care about her other 39 brides I’m was only concerned with the 1. The dress arrives and we scheduled an appointment with the seamstress who is extremely kind but terrified of the owner. I was told I could not come in during the fitting which I did because we followed CDC guidelines. But the breaking point was our last visit to the dress shop when the owner slammed and locked the door in my face after we had been told at the last appointment for me to come in to learn how bustle the dress for the reception which was the only reason I went in the shop. Once she slammed and locked the door in my face she then tried to convince my daughter I was the problem to which she quickly learn my daughters shared my same opinion as myself and had no problem expressing it to her. With all of this being said I share our experience so one one else has to go through this while planning such a joyous occasion. If I had taken the time to read the reviews before going in We would have never chose this dress shop. Save yourself a lot of frustration and find a place that has pleasant servants heart. Ultimately they are here to serve the bride and make the dress shopping and buying a wonderful experience we pay them hefty prices for this and sadly this shop and it’s staff falls way below on acceptable behavior to allow them to be a part of...

seemed like such a good place to go to go shopping for my wedding dress, turns out i was completely wrong. me and my friend (who has a son who is ONE) , walk in today for my appointment at 11. (i just moved out of state from tennessee this was my hope at finding my dream dress at this shop), instantly got turned around after being sure to ask on the phone if kids were allowed… i was told they were because he was one year old and is still learning how to walk. mind you, the mother was going to hold him or have him the entire time. 4 women were standing up there ready to turn me around right at the door simply because we had a child because my fiancé and her husband were both working and we had no other option than bringing him. normally, most bridal shops will tell you kids aren’t allowed when you mention it when making your appointment, this one waited until i arrived with the kid to bombard me with 4 women telling me i wasn’t allowed to look or shop with a kid because it was “too dangerous” and they “had a kid try to run through the glass”. again, he is not even one, still learning to walk, definitely doesn’t know how to run, and mom would be holding him the entire time. really disappointed because i had seen a dress i was super interested in and got turned down… definitely won’t be returning or recommending. i rescheduled my appointment but found a different dress at another shop and wasn’t turned around...

I hate to see some of the negative reviews of this store. I am not implying that the women did not experience what they were describing in their reviews. I am simply saying that I hate to see that they have had a bad experience in this bridal store. I can see why some brides to be are frustrated about that they are only allowed to bring up to 4 guests. This is a fairly small store and it may be necessary to only allow a limited number of guests to the fittings. My review is positive, I have always been treated nicely by the friendly staff. They have been very helpful. I live in Arkansas and only rarely travel to Huntsville (the wedding is in Huntsville where my fiance is from and therefore I chose to purchase a dress from Huntsville/Madison area). They have been very understanding of my situation and willing to work with my schedule. I was also able to find a dress that was in my budget, which was under $1000. I had my first fitting of my gown and am going back in few weeks to try it on after the alterations so I may be able to tell you more about my experience with the alterations, but so far the seamstress has been professional and helpful as well.
