I created a custom piece of artwork and contacted Monroe Street Framing for a quote to bring the piece together. Michelle was very friendly and responded exceptionally timely to my messages while making sure she got the necessary details to ensure I would be happy with the finished product.

When I went to drop off the artwork, Josh was very thorough in going through different options in terms of matting. He gave his own personal opinion on what would look best but showed me other options as well in case my tastes were a bit different. He even explained the differences in quality of mat and glass in a way that helped me to make the best decision to protect my piece. He was extremely knowledgeable with subject matter and handled my work very delicately when moving things around. We did run into an issue with my deposit, but he worked hard to make sure he understood what happened in the system, to explain it to me, and to ensure that everything would be resolved with Michelle when she got back in office.
