My brother ordered a gift last minute yesterday (the day before xmas eve...) and I just went to pick-up today and the process was incredibly seamless! I was annoyed he ordered something so late but they made it much less painful than I anticipated it would be :')

Tried to shop local and order online during a pandemic. Said to call the store to ask what was in stock for a specific item. I did that and the person who answered the line seemed uninterested in helping and gave vague answers to my question.
