Northside Farmers' Market — Local services in Madison

Northside Farmer's Market is absolutely awesome. It runs every Sunday during the season from 8:30 to 12:30. My favorite is the Tamale stand that sells all kinds of treats including burritos, street corn & more. Last Sunday there was even a small tent with a band playing children's folk music. Fresh flowers, cheese curds, a juice truck, fresh veggies, fresh farmed, cleaned and packaged rainbow trout(although I didn't see her last Sunday.), a juice truck, sellers ofarts and crafts and more! Love seeing the seasonal options roll though. I do recommend: the Feed Kitchen booth (for single pastry options and directly buying from them), Yellow Dog (for their produce selection), the spanish food booth (praise be to their steak taco!), and in the fall, the apple truck booth that has both standard options, and their latest experiment. Most vendors can take electronic payment, but prefer cash to cut down on...

I love going to the market. You can get pop corn and vegetables and even baked goods! The only thing I would say I don't like was probably the at the smoothie line is sooooo long!! And lastly they have been giving me watery soothies. But they are always getting better. It was my favorite thing about the market and still is! Now they are much better at making them and the long line is worth it! I go there...
