Brought my car in for a air suspension issue. The owner said he could fix it. The owner told me it might take 2 weeks to fix, because the parts may take a while to get. My car was there for over 2 months. Every time I asked for an ETA of when the car would be done the owner said a week. When he finally told me the car was ready for pick up, I couldn't believe what i found. When I brought the car in I had a Suspension error code. When I picked it up, there was the suspension code, a new 4 wheel driver error code, and the car was driving completely lopsided. Also there were numerous new scrapes and scuffs on my rear bumpers. I ended up having to go to a dealership and had to pay several thousands of dollars to reverse the damage that was done. Also found out later he replaced the radiator fan without telling me, and it was a low quality aftermarket one that was very loud and failed a few months later causing my car to overheat; leading to more issues. I cant believe this guy is still in business. Avoid this place at all costs. The owner is a liar and his mechanics...

Was driving down the road past Rose City and one of the workers who was moving a car had carelessly backed into the road in front of me and I was lucky enough to slam on my breaks and avoid a collision with the man who was moving the car in their lot. He didn’t even seem to realize what he did and pulled back in without any sign of an apology. To me that speaks volumes about a business whether he was an employee or the owner.
