Rubin's Furniture — Local services in Madison

We wanted to shop local. Loved the selection and products Rubins had to offer so we bought a significant amount of furniture from them. Shortly after our purchase, our sales person left. When we would call to check the status of our order ( which ended up being 4-5 weeks later than the 8-10 weeks we were told), it was as if we were a huge inconvenience to be asking about it. The bed we ordered was not the color we were told. It’s brown fabric and we were told it was dark grey. Our coffee table had a flaw ( paint chipped off one side not fault of ours just poor paint application) and we called and talked to someone at Rubins sent pictures, and were told they would follow up with manufacturer. A month later - never received a response. Followed up again two weeks ago- still no response.
