Taco Bell — Restaurant in Madison

I arrived at this location and the staff was just completely rude. He was laughing while taking my order and rushing me to be done. I asked for my food to be cooked a certain way, he laughed and asked "ok, we'll gave it to you burnt when." When i approached the window, the guy who took my order was still laughing and brought other employees to see who made the special order. I guess i was the laugh of the town tonight. While other employees teased me, others commented on what they was going to do to my food. The guy threw my change back at me and told me the we will have you burnt food out while still laughing. Looking throught the window the guy didnt want to give me my food. He was looking in the shaking his head. An employee pushed him to the window. Once received they continued to laughing within i asked for mild sauce and he threw that at me. Now that is the last straw. Every since this Taco Bell opened my order is never right. I complained before and still nothing. Working in the fast food industry, the more customers bring more revenue which is good for business. Rudeness and lack of training management, gets bad reviews and no sales. Also poor hygiene is not acceptable. Employees uniform and people should be clean and presentable. Ewww that restaurant was just gross. Health Department Please!! At the rate the restaurant is not going to last the end of the year unless the train better employees who wants to work.

Taco Bell can be a gamble as far as speed and accuracy, and I say this as an employee of a different location. This store and mine are both run by the same franchisee so we're basically coworkers. My store closed early so I came to Whitney Way instead, picking up food for 4 people. This was on a day off, I should add. I purchased over $40 worth of food (actually a little under $40 with my discount). The service was stellar, even before they knew I was a fellow employee from another store. They got everything correct and pretty fast for the amount of food I got. It was mostly cheaper items so maybe 12-15? I forgot exactly as I'm writing this a couple days later.

Anyway, I've heard good and bad regarding wait times at most locations so I was quite impressed with Whitney Way. Customers at my store share stories about their visits to other stores all the time, and Whitney Way has had rough days. To be fair though, we all have had rough days. Between people not showing up (excused or not), ridiculous numbers of Door Dash/UberEats/GrubHub orders, and people ordering absurd amounts of food, sometimes with many modifications, it's easy to fall behind and that means wait times can get long. This is true at every location. Our store is either the most or second most sales in the region, last I knew, and Whitney Way is like our little sibling store. I'm super satisfied with my visit but also very proud to call them all my coworkers, or part of our broader...

I don't go to Taco Bell very often at all, just a few times a year and by few times I mean less than 10 probably less than six. But it's amazing to me that each time I have gone since this location has been opened over the last couple of years they are always out of something, something pretty crucial. One time it was ground beef! Another time the drink machine was broken and this time they were out of nacho cheese sauce! And like I said there's been other times as well- every time I've gone they're out of something. And what made this even worse is I was in the Drive-Thru for almost 20 minutes before I even was able to place my order and the lane is such that you cannot pull out of the drive-thru line unless there's no one behind you and you can back up. But there was someone behind me so I couldn't back up. They're only three cars in front of me and there is no way it should have taken that long if someone had a special order or something they should have them pull around and weights just like McDonald's does. And then when I get to the speaker to place my order and I told that they were out of nacho cheese sauce when I tried to order my nachos! So I waited all that time just to learn that I wasn't going to get what I came here for! That is a result of...
